Control Operating Effectiveness (COE)

Procedures evaluating whether the control operated over the testing period.

1. 1.Select 25 critical systems and confirm each had a documented, successful restore test within the quarter.
2. 2.For systems that failed a restore test, confirm remediation and a follow-up retest occurred.
3. 3.Confirm restore testing occurred in every quarter of the period without gaps.
